Make room to speak
Honest conversation starts when people feel they can name what they are carrying without being judged, rushed, or expected to have all the answers.
04 / MENTAL HEALTH DIALOGUE
I want to help create a more honest, compassionate conversation around what men carry, how mental health can show up, and why no one should feel reduced to a diagnosis.
CURRENT FOCUS
This work begins with openness: making space for men to speak without shame, challenging the stigma that can surround mental health diagnoses, and listening with curiosity instead of assumptions. My memoir, Weathering Myself, launches November 10, 2026—the first step in a longer journey to help these conversations feel more human, visible, and possible.

02
A diagnosis can be part of someone’s story, but it is never the whole story. Language, care, and understanding can create more room for people to be seen fully.
03
The November 10 book launch is an opening, not an endpoint—a first invitation to listen, share, and build a healthier culture around mental health together.
